Overview
You have a 30-day period to mail your modules back to Vandorr for a full refund on your order (minus shipping charges if applicable). If 30 days have passed we can not provide refunds for your module but we will guarantee your module will work error free for 1 year.
If within this 1 year period, you have a module fail, we will replace the module free of charge if you mail the original failed module back to us. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your returned module serial code must match the serial code of the module you purchased and must not be physically damaged.
To initiate your return or replacement send an email to mark.vandorr@gmail.com for instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the shipping address obtained by emailing Vandorr.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
